Refund policy

1. Cancellation policy

Right of cancellation: The customer has the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. To exercise the right of cancellation, the customer must inform Gerhard Kempf Grafikdesign by means of a clear declaration (e.g. letter or email) of his decision to cancel the contract.

The customer can use the sample cancellation form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

2. Consequences of cancellation

If the customer cancels the contract, Gerhard Kempf Grafikdesign must refund all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that the customer has chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by Gerhard Kempf Grafikdesign), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which Gerhard Kempf Grafikdesign received notification of the cancellation of this contract. For this refund, Gerhard Kempf Grafikdesign will use the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with the customer. Under no circumstances will the customer be charged any fees for this refund. Gerhard Kempf Graphic Design may refuse repayment until Gerhard Kempf Graphic Design has received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever is earlier. The customer must return or hand over the goods to Gerhard Kempf Graphic Design immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which he notified Gerhard Kempf Graphic Design of his withdrawal from this contract. This deadline is met if the customer sends the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

3. Return costs

You bear the direct costs of the return.
